Hallmark Fall Harvest Movies

It is time for another Hallmark Fall Harvest Movie post, Autumn in the Vineyard! Last Friday I shared the full schedule with you as well as details about Love on a Limb, last Saturday’s movie. Hallmark is still working on getting us ready for fall! The mornings are feeling like fall, but it is still close to 80 during the day here! Good thing I’ve got these movies to remind me that the leaves will soon be turning and the sweaters will soon be out!

In updating this post, I don’t see a schedule for 2019 yet. Hopefully it will be out soon!

Autumn in the Vineyard

Frankie Baldwin is a spirited young winemaker who works at Baldwin Farms, her father’s Napa Valley, California vineyard. When her father hires a new partner — a position Frankie long yearned for — to help run the company, a disappointed Frankie quits her family’s business and purchases Sorrento Farms, a picturesque local vineyard.

As Frankie goes to work on her new property, determined to prove she can succeed on her own, she learns that her charming old high school flame, Nate DeLuca, has returned to town to help run DeLuca Farms, a premiere vineyard that has been the Baldwin family’s main competitor for decades. Following a complicated legal court decision, Frankie is appalled to find that Nate has also been granted ownership of Sorrento Farms.

Begrudgingly, Frankie and Nate agree to co-manage the property. As they each work toward harvesting their crop of grapes, Nate proposes a challenge: whoever produces the highest quality grapes will be awarded sole ownership of Sorrento Farms. Though they’re rivals determined to claim the vineyard as their own, old romantic feelings rekindle and an undeniable attraction begins to develop between them.

At the opening of a local Autumn Harvest Festival, featuring a highly publicized wine competition, Frankie learns that her father has been hit with financial hardship and is in danger of losing Baldwin Farms. As tension rises, the industrious young winemaker must decide whether to pursue her dream of producing her own wine at Sorrento Farms or return to help her dad try to save the family business. While struggling over the decision, she realizes she’s falling in love with her old high school flame, the man she’s locked in a fierce competition with.

Do you have a favorite movie that takes place during the fall? Maybe it is a Halloween movie or just a movie like this one! One of my favorite Hallmark shows is Good Witch, so this movie is one of my favorites. Let me know yours!

I haven’t seen a new movie in a long time. I am long overdue. I also need a good cry and Hallmark is pretty good at doing that to me. Haha.

Sound like a good movie. I haven’t watched a Hallmark movie in months, maybe even a year or more. I know that sounds bad. I need to make up for it and watch this one.
