My Review of Sanctuary Cove

I always love Kate James’s books! They are clean romance with a lot of suspense. I loved Sanctuary Cove as well. There are so many books that I want to live in, and this is one of them. Though my dream is to live on the beach, I’d gladly take a cottage in the Adirondacks too! Just keep the bears away from me. Sanctuary Cove starts with Emma finding an injured dog which leads her to meet Josh, the area’s veterinarian. Though Emma has extreme trust issues, Josh eventually gets her to open up to him and trust him.

I love Emma and Josh. They’re so cute together, and being animal lovers gives them extra points. The storyline in this story is one that could totally happen today. In a culture that is so money-focused, people cut corners or just don’t care about safety and people get hurt or killed. And those who want to bring the corruption to light, are often targeted.

I definitely recommend Sanctuary Cove to clean romantic suspense lovers!
