Campus Book Rentals: The Place to Get Your College Books

Books

Thanks for sharing!

Back in ancient times (the 1990’s) when I was in college, Campus Book Rentals did not exist. So poor students such as I had to buy our college textbooks. Sometimes we could get used copies for a bit of a discount, but more often than not we had to buy them new because the professor was thrilled with a sentence change in the latest edition. Of course our only option at the end of the semester was to either sell the book back to the bookstore for pennies on the dollar or pawn it off on another student who would not want it at the end of their semester either. Somewhere up in my attic, I have many irrelevant textbooks gathering dust and getting more irrelevant by the minute.

Campus Book Rentals

Campus Book Rentals: The Place to Get Your College Books
How it works

Fortunately for those of you in the modern age, Campus Book Rentals has the solution for you! You can rent your textbooks for 40% to 90% off of the prices you would pay at the campus bookstore! AND you can rent them back at the end of the semester and make some money for yourself. Worried about shipping prices on those massively heavy books? Well, don’t stress out! Shipping is free both ways! Yes, BOTH ways. Thinking about how much you love to highlight your books in pink, yellow, green, and blue? Yep, you can highlight in Campus Rental Books too!

Let’s say you need to have The Anatomy Coloring Book . You would just go to Campus Book Rentals, look up the book, and compare the price from your bookstore to their rental price. Easy, right?

Now, I know you are thinking that there must be a catch to all of this goodness. Well, there isn’t! Campus Book Rentals has no sign-up fee and you have 30 days for risk-free returns! They have been around since 2007 and have been featured in many top news articles. Over a million customers have been served by Campus Book Rentals.

Campus Book Rentals Supports Operation Smile
Operation Smile

I bet you are wondering why you should choose Campus Book Rentals over another company. Here is one VERY good reason. For every book you rent, the company donates to Operation Smile. This great charity has provided more than 3.5 million comprehensive patient evaluations and over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities since it’s beginnings in 1982. So not only are you saving money, you are helping a child!

I know highlighting totally saves you time since you don’t have to rewrite everything then! Thanks for checking them out!

You are not the only one who wishes this had been around when they were in college!! What a cost savings this is!! I also love that they contribute to Operation Smile–such a worthy organization.

Sounds like it could be a great resource, but I think you used the wrong example. Why would I want to pay $30. to rent the anatomy coloring book, which I’m sure I can’t actually color in since I’m only renting, when I can buy it on amazon for only $13? Just a thought. Though I like the idea that they give to Operation Smile.

They say you can write in all of the books! Yes, that is the example they use because it is the latest edition. The one on amazon is actually 11 years old, and professors want you to use the newest edition for college classes. They can help you with any questions you may have, but I’m sure they’d address that price if you have concerns 🙂 Thanks for reading!

I really love that Campus Book Rentals donates proceeds to children born with cleft palette. It’s such a great, worthy cause!

Even though its only December our book list for next semester is already available. I think I’ll look into renting early so I don’t have to worry about it over the holiday!
