Aimie Roarke is always up for a cause, whether it’s helping a local animal shelter or hosting a bake sale for the Fire Department. When the town’s beloved oak tree is set to be cut down, she takes it upon herself try and save it. When the Mayor hires Kyle Sorenson, a handsome new landscaper to cut it down, she decides the only way to save the tree is to chain herself to it. As Kyle attempts to out wait her, the two start to spend more time together, they find the old tree brings them both more than they could have imagined in life and love.

Cast

Love on a Limb stars:

  • ASHLEY WILLIAMS (Aimie) – Ashley Williams is one of Hollywood’s most versatile actresses. She continues to bring her talents to comedies and dramas in the mediums of film, television and theatre.
  • TREVOR DONOVAN (Kyle) – Trevor Donovan is best known for his role as Teddy Montgomery on “90210.” Donovan is exceptional at sports, can play guitar, sing, and has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. He is currently an ambassador for Habitat for Humanity and an active volunteer with Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights.
  • MARILU HENNER (Zee) – With the energy of a teenager, the wisdom of a sage, and the memory of a superhero, Marilu Henner has deservedly earned the nickname “Perpetual Motion.”

While I have not seen any of the movies you’ve mentioned, I love Hallmark! They always show the best films. Love on a Limb seems like a nice movie to watch – sweet but not mushy. Hope to catch it this month.

I’m really impressed with how much the production values have improved on made for cable movies. They really are getting to where they compete with the big studios.
