Strawberry Banana Chia Smoothie
I love smoothies because they are quick and easy! You can make them in so many ways, and you can sneak in some extra nutrition too. Multiforce is one of those things you can easily add to your smoothies to help balance the acidity in your body. I added the mango flavored Multiforce to this strawberry banana chia smoothie, and it tasted great!

Strawberry Banana Chia Smoothie with Multiforce Alkalizing Powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 5.3 oz. container of Oikos strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 T. chia seeds
- 1 t. mango flavored Multiforce
- Blend until well mixed

When your body is too acidic, you can experience chronic low grade metabolic acidosis. I am pretty sure that I have gout because my big toe joint really hurts lately. I am going to be upping my intake of Multiforce and not just using it sporadically in smoothies. The typical American diet is high in foods that make our bodies acidic. Eating large amounts of animal products, refined and processed foods leads to acid forming in our bodies.
The only way to neutralize this acid is to have an alkaline body. Multiforce makes it easier to do just that. Without Multiforce you’d have to eat seven to ten servings of fruit and vegetables every day! Do you? I don’t. You’d also have to drink half a gallon of water a day. I drink a lot of water, but I don’t think I drink that much.
How to take Multiforce
I’ve tried Multiforce in water. Not that great unless you can drink it quickly. The best way I’ve found is to take it in a smoothie, but I’ll be trying it other ways too. I tried every flavor. Lemon is always a favorite of mine, but this is REALLY sour. I mixed it with yogurt and honey and chia the second time I had it, and that was a lot better than without honey. I love the mango in my strawberry banana chia smoothie. The unflavored can be mixed in anything without it changing the flavor.
