Fall allergy season is here and before we know it, it’ll be winter! Colds and flu. Aches and pains. Though these things can be bothersome all year long, it seems like it is so much worse during this time of the year. When I get sick, I always seem to have sinus and head pain. I look for natural ways to get pain relief first. I use essential oils a lot, so I was excited to try this Serenity Vapor Balm since it has oils in it.
Serenity Vapor Balm is a convenient soothing balm in a large stick to use for relief of colds, congestion, headaches, and stress.

To use: Rub across forehead and/or temples for relief of tension headaches and stress. Rub on the bottom of your nose for nasal congestion and on your chest for cold relief.

This sounds amazing and I love that it is all natural. I didn’t know anything like this existed, but I would love to use it during cold season. So many cold meds just dry out my sinuses.
I think we would use the Thanksgiving Paper Plates, Napkins for Your Holiday Table, Bundle. It would save a lot of work cleaning and washing the dishes after the big dinner.
