My review of Kaia and the Bees

Kaia and the Bees is an adorable book about a little girl who is very brave…except when it comes to bees. And that’s a problem since her dad is a beekeeper! When Kaia tells her friends that she’s a beekeeper, they’re very impressed…until she gets scared of a bee flying around. Kaia is determined to beat her fear. Will she beat her fear or will she always be afraid of bees? Your kids will love finding out in Kaia and the Bees!

I love how this book deals with the fear of bees. I’m sure a lot of us are still scared of them! Bees are very necessary to our ecosystem, and this book talks about how bees pollinate fruits and vegetables. We need bees! You and your child will love reading this together. The illustrations are wonderful. I really love the detail the illustrator adds to make the book feel homey.
