Easy Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 quart of milk
  • 1/2 T. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. seasoned salt
  • 1 can mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and make a roux with the flour.
  2. Slowly add the milk and heat until warm.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add seasonings.
  5. Add mixed vegetables.
  6. Stir until heated through.
