Creamy Chicken and Noodles Pressure Cooker Recipe

  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. noodles I recommend a small noodle.
  • 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  1. Cut the chicken breast into one inch cubes

  2. Saute chicken in olive oil on saute setting on pressure cooker

  3. Add spices

  4. Add vegetables

  5. Add noodles

  6. Add broth

  7. Cook on pressure cook (manual on an Instant Pot) high for 5 mintues

  8. Quick release

  9. Stir in the heavy cream

  10. Stir for 4 minutes

Recipe Notes

Though the recipe says 17 minutes, you'll need additional time for your pressure cooker to preheat.
