Pumpkin Donuts

These pumpkin donuts are perfect for a cool fall day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cream butter and sugars

  3. Add eggs and vanilla and blend

  4. Add pumpkin and spices and blend

  5. Fold in flour and baking powder until just mixed

  6. Pour batter into a Ziploc bag and cut off one corner.

  7. Squeeze batter into donut pan, filling most of the way full for each donut.
