If you need a quick, easy, and delicious dinner idea look no further! When I knew I was going to be able to review Premio sausage, I knew I wanted to make a pasta with peppers, onions, and sausage. I got this combo pack because I like a little spice but not TOO much spice! This was a great way to get a little kick without being overly spicy.

The hardest part of this recipe was cutting up the sausage lol! I use a cutting board like one of these! Other than that, it is super easy! I used the entire package of sausage, but you could use less if you want. I cut the sausages lengthwise and removed the casings. Then I just sliced it up and browned it in my stainless steel skillet. I removed it from the skillet and then browned a package of fajita veggies…you could just slice your own onion, red pepper, and green pepper if you don’t want to buy them pre-sliced…in that same skillet. I browned them in about 1/4 or 1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. After they were semi soft, I put the sausage back in with the veggies and added a teaspoon or so of oregano and basil.

Doesn’t this look good? After it was cooked through, I tossed it with a pound of al dente ribbon pasta. It was delicious! Serve this delicious pasta with a fresh salad and some Italian bread or garlic bread, and you’ve got a super easy meal!

So if you need a quick meal that your whole family will love, pick up a package of Premio Sausage and enjoy! What would you make? I’d love to hear your ideas!
