If My Dog Could Talk: New I See Me Book

If My Dog Could Talk

When I received the request to review If My Dog Could Talk from I See Me, we had just adopted Duke a few days before this. You see, our dog Toby, died unexpectedly after eating a sample of a well known dog food. We were devastated. We knew we needed another dog because life is too empty without a dog. This book is bittersweet for us because it celebrates our new life with Duke, but the end of the book has a sweet poem that reminds me of Toby.

If My Dog Could Talk: New I See Me Book

I want Duke to have a good long life, and I love that we have this book to commemorate him. It is so cute and funny. You’ll be able to choose up to 4 people’s names to include in the book and a dedication as well. You’ll be able to choose the type of dog that most closely resembles your furry friend.

I love this book, and I know you will too! It is not just for children but for all pet lovers. They can be purchased alone or as part of thisย gift set which includes a bandana and placemat.

When you purchase If My Dog Could Talk, you’ll be helping dogs around the US. I See Me Books is partnering with animal nonprofits to support animal rescue and adoption. This month, in August, we are partnering with Minnesota nonprofit Secondhand Hounds. Customers who use the code HOUND will get 10% off their purchase, while proceeds will get donated back to the organization.ย

I would share this book with my grandson, Gavin. He has a BIG dog named Miles and he would LOVE this book. It’s just adorable.

I’m so sorry about your dog passing, Christy. And the fact that it happened because of a sample of dog food is downright terrifying! I’m so sorry!

I would give this book to my 4 year old grandson. We put our Golden Retriever down in September and he still talks about her all the time. Her name was Madison. They were buddies. We miss her so!
