The Wasp is a legacy character in the Marvel Avengers Comics. She was on the cover of Avengers #1 and was one of the founding members of the Avengers. This new featurette, “Who is the Wasp?”, explains more about the past, present, and future of this amazing character.

Who is the Wasp?

She’s amazing, right? I’ve always hoped that ANT-MAN AND THE WASP would give us hints about AVENGERS 4. From this featurette, it looks like it will! I’m so excited to see Michelle Pfeiffer as Hope’s mom, the original Wasp. Hope has always wanted to be just like her parents…to continue the legacy. She’s finally getting her chance!

In the aftermath of CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past.
