I have a slight obsession with Thor. He is my favorite superhero. I mean he is a god after all, and who can resist Mjolnir? So, obviously, I can’t wait for Thor: Ragnarok!
Why Thor?
Adventures in Babysitting. Do you remember that movie? The one from the 80s, please! If you’ve never seen it, let me pause and cry for you. It is a classic…a must-see! In Adventures in Babysitting, Sarah, the little sister, is obsessed with Thor. She wears his helmet and carries Mjolnir around with her! I always quote from that movie. I love the scene where she thinks the car guy is Thor. It’s so cute!
Then, of course, the actors! I mean Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston…what’s not to love?? Thor: Ragnarok also has Cate Blanchett! She is such an amazing actress, and I am so excited to see her in this movie!

I’ve been counting down the days until November 3, 2017 (139 as of right now), since that is when Thor hits the theaters.
In Marvel Studios’ THOR: RAGNAROK, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk!
THOR: RAGNAROK is directed by Taika Waititi and returns Chris Hemsworth starring as Thor and Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as Loki. They are joined by Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson and Karl Urban, with Mark Ruffalo and Anthony Hopkins.
