Do you often turn on the television and find nothing? I do. I’ve got several streaming services, and I just get tired of the same old things. If you’re feeling like this, then you have to check out Acorn TV! The best international series are on Acorn TV.
Acorn TV is North America’s largest streaming service focused on British and international television and, outside of the big three, no other SVOD is doing as many exclusive premieres, commissions and Originals as Acorn TV.
Must See TV on Acorn TV
I love finding new shows to watch, and since I’ve been watching Acorn TV, I have found several! Queens of Mystery is one series that I can’t wait to see more of next season. Another is Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries which just came out April 29.
Binge worthy series
Line of Duty
Line of Duty, Season 5 has its exclusive U.S. Premiere on Acorn TV Monday, May 13. This gives you time to binge Seasons 1-4. Line of Duty is a must-see, critically adored cop thriller.
Seasons 1-4
Continuing its tradition of gripping storylines and breathtaking cliffhangers, Season 4 of the BAFTA-nominated crime drama was its most successful yet. Growing across its run, the series four finale was the series highest-rated ever with a consolidated figure of 9.9 million viewers, placing it among the top five dramas of 2017 across all UK channels. You can see that Acorn TV has the best international series!
“Masterpiece… Not a scene, line or beat is wasted… instantly addictive” –The Guardian
“Binge-inducing television at its best… best British police show since Prime Suspect… Suspensefully plotted and wickedly well-acted… jaw-dropping reveals or cliffhangers” –The New York Times
In Season 5, when three police officers are shot dead during the hijack of a seized drugs transport, police anticorruption unit AC-12 move in to investigate possible police collusion. Season 5 features Stephen Graham (Boardwalk Empire’s Al Capone).

Agatha Raisin
Agatha Raisin is another binge worthy series on Acorn TV, and I think it is definitely one of the best international series! It is one of my favorite shows! You can binge Seasons 1 and 2 now. If you’ve never heard of this show, watch the trailer below!
Ashley Jensen stars in this quintessentially British village mystery based on the bestselling books by M.C. Beaton. Fulfilling a lifelong dream, Agatha Raisin retires early to a quaint village in the Cotswolds and soon finds a second career as an amateur detective investigating mischief, mayhem, and murder in her deceptively devious town.
Manhunt
Manhunt is another great series to binge. Martin Clunes (Doc Martin) stars in this true-crime drama as DCI Colin Sutton, the lead detective on a case that captivated Britain.
When a young French woman is killed in London, the investigation yields no forensics, motive, or witnesses. But when Sutton connects the crime to two other murders, he realizes he must hunt down a serial killer.
“Clunes is a revelation” –The Telegraph (UK).

But Carys convinces her dad to let her become the park’s new manager, prompting a flurry of hare-brained schemes as Carys attempts to attract new customers and appease the long-term residents the park already has.
