Cupcake Frosting

Use this yummy frosting for your Mary Poppins cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3-5 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 large piping bag fitted with a star tip

Instructions

  1. Using a stand mixer, combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed
  2. Mix until you see stiff peaks in your frosting

  3. Scoop frosting into the piping bag
  4. Frost the cooled cupcakes
  5. Place the fondant pieces into the frosting
