Easy Cheese Soup
Ingredients

lb.
Velveeta cheese
cubed
1
stick of butter
1
quart
of milk
1/2
T.
onion powder
1/2
c.
flour
1/2
t.
seasoned salt
1
can mixed vegetables
Instructions
Melt the butter and make a roux with the flour.
Slowly add the milk and heat until warm.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Add seasonings.
Add mixed vegetables.
Stir until heated through.
