Leftover Pot Roast Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • Leftover pot roast
  • 14 oz. can beef broth
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • Optional: additional vegetables

Instructions

  1. Cut up your leftover pot roast into bite-sized pieces
  2. Place in a saucepan
  3. Add broth, tomato sauce, and water
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Simmer until heated through, approximately 20 minutes.
