Mary Poppins Cupcake Fondant Tops

Celebrate Mary Poppins Returns with these adorable and delicious cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube white fondant
  • small circle fondant cutter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • fondant rolling pin
  • can blue edible spray
  • 1 tube black cookie icing

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle powdered sugar onto a cutting board
  2. Place the white fondant onto the cutting board and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness
  3. Use the fondant cutter and cut out 22 circles

  4. Use the blue spray and spray around the edges of the circle leaving a little bit of white in the center
  5. Using the black icing, pipe an umbrella into the center
  6. Allow to air dry for a few hours before making the cupcakes
