Pasta Salad with Hilary's Chili Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. tri-colored radiatore noodles or your choice of noodle
  • 8 oz. colby jack cheese cut into small chunks
  • 8 oz. stick pepperoni cut into small chunks
  • 5 oz. can sliced black olives
  • Optional sliced cucumbers and grape tomatoes
  • Hilary's Chili Lime Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta according to directions
  2. Drain, rinse in cold water
  3. When the pasta is cool, add remaining ingredients except for dressing
  4. Stir
  5. Add dressing to taste (I usually do about half a bottle and then add more after it has been in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.)
