Soaring on the award-winning heels of The Santa Switch–Jessica Claus’ first tale–comes an epic, colorful adventure, custom-made for this super-smart Christmas heroine. In A Trip for Mrs. Claus, Santa’s better half creatively invents her own, philanthropic niche–one that adds a new level of ingenuity and soul to the Big Guy’s legendary exploits.

My review of The Santa Switch and A Trip for Mrs. Claus

I received a copy of The Santa Switch and A Trip for Mrs. Claus free from the author for my honest reviews which I’ve given.

In The Santa Switch, poor Mrs. Claus, or Jessica as she’d like to be known, is all a flutter. There is so much to be done and Santa is out playing with the reindeer! Santa, being the great guy he is, recognizes that Jess needs some help! He starts the laundry and even mops up the mud he tracked in on the floor. Jess can’t believe her eyes! And then Santa does something even more unexpected. He asks her if she’d like to switch jobs with him for Christmas! Will she do it? Read to find out!

This is a very cute book that your little ones will enjoy. It is told in rhyme and illustrated with brightly colored pictures. This is a book to add to your lists!

In A Trip for Mrs. Claus, Jessica has more giving to do. She whips up some warm blankets and takes the reindeer back out for more deliveries. This time they deliver to shelters where people need things all year round not just on Christmas. After her deliveries the reindeer surprise Jess. Since she’s had TWO trips in one week they think she deserves a break.

This sweet story will teach your children that Christmas is not the only day we should think about giving. There are always needs to be met and a giving heart is a blessed heart. At my church, we always say that we are blessed to be a blessing. Be a blessing to someone this Christmas season!
