My Review
We all know the story of the Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf! And there have been many books retelling this story. Each retelling is unique, yet the same theme runs through it: build a good house! Okay, maybe that isn’t the moral of the story, but it sure does help 🙂
When the three little horses’s house burns down, they set out to build new ones to protect themselves from the bully donkey…and to have a place for their snacks and video games, of course. You know how the story goes: the first two horses build really flimsy houses which get knocked down by the bad guy. And the third horse builds a good house that can’t get knocked down. The cute illustrations make this a retelling your children will really enjoy.

I’m sorry I didn’t reply sooner as I was away. It was wonderful coming home and reading your nice reviews of my books “The Three Little Horses and the Big Bully Donkey: A Horse Valley Adventure” and my latest “Donkey’s Kite” (book 2). Writing and illustrating books for children is my small effort to inspire them to become life-long readers. Everyday as a child, I read and was read to by my father. It was the crowning highlight of each day. We all know that reading aloud to children is the best gift one can give to any child.
