Thanks to Blue Harbor Fish Co.® I received some free samples of their Wild Albacore Tuna in order to make tuna salad with apples and walnuts. All opinions are mine.

Tuna Salad with Apples and Walnuts
I am a tuna lover! I know many people who don’t eat it due to ethical reasons, and that is fine. This is why I love Blue Harbor Fish Co. They catch their tuna with these ethics in mind. Their tuna comes in pouches or cans and both are ethically sourced.
If you know me, you know I like to keep things simple. This salad is super simple and can feed 3 or 4 people. I used 3 pouches (3 oz. each) of Blue Harbor Fish Co. Wild Albacore Tuna, a medium sized Jazzy apple, 2-3 T. chopped walnuts, 1/3 c. Just Mayo, and bagged salad. I mixed all of the ingredients together except for the bagged salad. Then I put some bagged salad in my bowl and topped it with the tuna salad. Easy and delicious!

I only purchase ethically sourced tuna (which is hard to find where I live). I will definitely research into this brand! Thanks for sharing.
