I have been wanting to try cooking with a pressure cooker for a long time! I kept going back and forth, “Do I want one or not?” My dilemma was solved when I was contacted by Mealthy to review their MultiPot (which I received for free…all opinions are my own). I have used an old school pressure cooker to can in (a long time ago!), but this is a whole new world of cooking!
